Artwork guidelines

Supply one PDF with single pages in reading order, not spreads, each at 216 x 105 mm (the finished size plus 3 mm bleed). Keep text at least 5 mm from the trim and the spine, and keep the page count to a multiple of four including the cover. Our artwork guidelines have a page-order diagram.
