Refund policy

Print is made just for you

Because everything we print is made to your order from your artwork, it can't be resold, so the usual 14-day change-of-mind return doesn't apply to printed items. That's normal for print, and it's why we check every file before it goes to press and show you the delivery date before you pay.

Before your order goes to print

Orders go to press fast, often within minutes of being placed, so there is rarely a window to cancel or change one. If you spot a mistake, phone us straight away on 01837 811277 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm) with your order number. If production hasn't started we'll cancel and refund in full; if it has, we'll tell you honestly what can still be done. The best protection is to check your artwork, quantity and address carefully before you pay.

If something is wrong with what arrives

Tell us within 7 days of delivery: email hello@pintoprint.uk with your order number, a description, and photos of the problem. If the fault is ours or our printer's, we'll reprint the affected items or refund them, whichever gets you sorted fastest.

Things we'll put right:

  • Damage in transit
  • The wrong product, size, paper or finish
  • Print faults such as marks, misregistration or poor trimming
  • Missing items or a shortfall of more than 5%

Things we can't reprint for free:

  • Errors that were in the artwork you uploaded: spelling, old phone numbers, low-resolution images, missing bleed, RGB colours that printed duller than the screen
  • Colour that differs slightly from your screen or from a previous run, which is normal in print
  • Small variation in quantity within 5% either way

If you're not sure whether something counts, send the photo anyway. We'd rather look.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within a few working days of us agreeing it. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by any of this.

These are our returns and reprints terms in full. Sections 6, 8 and 9 of our terms of service say the same thing in more formal language.
