Artwork guidelines
Supply a PDF at 303 x 216 mm (A4 plus 3 mm bleed) with text at least 3 mm inside the trim, and leave the body of the sheet clear for the letter. See our artwork guidelines for templates and tips.
Turnaround and delivery
Choose Saver, Standard or Express in the configurator and you will see the delivery date before you pay. UK delivery is included in every price. If something is wrong with a print, tell us and we will put it right.
Popular choices
- 100gsm bond, one side. The office standard.
- 120gsm bond. A heavier sheet for contracts and quotes.
- 80gsm cream uncoated. A warmer, traditional look.

Good to know
Leave the middle of the sheet clear for the letter itself, and check the paper weight your own printer is happy with; most take up to 120gsm without complaint.
